Non-defective products can be returned within 30 Days of invoice, in new condition with all original packing material and invoice/receipts for a refund, including free return shipping.
Opened or unsealed items can be returned within 14 days to qualify for a free return delivery.
Damaged Items
In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged please take pictures and email those to us within 5 working days of your delivery at kraftwerks_us@outlook.com. We will not accept any claims for damaged items outside of this timeframe.
